  April 15, 2022 - Amazingly preserved! The color is still straw, not dark yellow or golden. Fascinating nose of stone fruit, watercress, and wet clay (in a good way... somewhat mineral). Med full palate, but this is very complex. Wow. Long finish. A great Aubert from a tough vintage.

  6/3/22, 7:52 AM - I think you may have misentered this bottles as a pinot. You're description sounds like you drank the Aubert chardonnay.
