7/16/22, 8:46 PM - OK, you may be correct with that observation. If so, then I don't really like Fino Sherries, because I would like at least a hint of nuttiness even in a lighter bodied sherry. This Tio Pepe tastes closer to brackish water (saline) than it does to Sherry. I think I would be better off purchasing a Manzanilla Pasada next time I am looking to acquire a Sherry.
