  March 16, 2009 - This bottle drinking much better than the last one. Fully mature but not oxidized. The texture is wonderfully and the wine is well integrated with respect to the fruit and oak. This is why I age white burgundy. I've been disappointed with the variability of the wines over the past year. Too much in fact for only being 8-9 years old.
