  June 15, 2022 - Opaque violet color with black and red fruit, baking spice, violets and pepper aromas. On the palate it's between medium and full bodied and fresh with velvety tannins. It shows black raspberry, macerated mulberry, ripe black and red cherry, and baking spice flavors with a very satisfying finish.
  
  It was very good paired with Spaghetti with Italian Sausage.
  
  This predominantly old-vine bottling comes from vineyard sites across Sonoma County all planted between 1881 and 1932. Many of the sites are registered with the Historic Vineyard Society including Bedrock, Montafi, Pagani, Papera, and Saitone Ranch.
