Medium minus intensity aromas are quite fresh and lightweight...a little sulphur, peach, apricot, fresh apple, the sulphur lends a little struck match and bacon fat underpin the fruits. In the mouth it's softly juicy, off-dry but very fresh (I would not have called this Auslese blind) with tangy apple backed by stone fruit, a little chalky texture, long, wonderfully balanced, lovely. Splendid.
