  March 30, 2009 - Very pale clear yellow, like a Pinot Grigio. Intensely sweet, tropical nose (like fruit salad). Mango, lychee. Highly, highly aromatic.
  
  Medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, with good acidity. Pleasantly citrusy. I find the nose better than the actual taste; the nose is truly incredible. Very drinkable and food-friendly.
