This is drinking perfectly and showing no signs of over age with a perfect colour. It is an excellent white Burgundy with perfect balance. Aromas of mango and lemon are on the nose with a lovely rounded palate and a crisp finish with perfect precision. 95+

More than 13 years after the last note. Well, it is still drinkable. Some fennel on the nose. Most of the fruit has gone, leaving a dry wine not totally without charm, but it is not really a joy to drink. Bought at an auction out of curiosity if and how pinot blanc would develop.

Lovely well structured wine with tannins/acidity holding up the complexity/fruit nature. Alot of dried herbs, toast, smoke and sour red cherries. Perfect food wine. Can last some years more

Light ruby. Stemmy nose. Medium to lighter weight. Nice inner mouth florally and salinity, but lean, rather severe black fruit, tart, earthy, and tannic. Too austere and lacking flesh for me.

Light ruby. Attractive fragrant red berry fruit. Lighter weight. Much more pull of soil than the Rossignol wine but very nicely balanced with the fruit. Tart, refreshing acidity. Good texture but shorter finish. This is very good but suffers from slight astringency now. Will this ameliorate with more aging?

Reductive nose gives way to a stony, spicy, nose. The wine is fresh, cool and utterly delicious. Great acidity. Highly recommend.

some of the better and reliable California pinot noirs out there - the 2022 may be too young to drink now or maybe the year is not as good as previous vintages....

Ruby. Floral, green notes. Medium weight. Tart, briary dark red fruit, noticeable yet not obtrusive acidity, and light tannins. Zesty and showing much better than it did at last year's Paulée. I enjoyed it this time around.

Enkel eple/sitruspreget chardonnay. Mangler helt Jura-karakteristika. Generisk og anonym. Men bra syrestruktur

Enkel, litt grønn aromatisk riesling. Noe lubben på smak, mangler litt strutt

Thought it would be better - 90 is very good but expected at least a 93 - served New York Strip with bone steaks - and were looking forward to the wine...while the pairing was appropriate - the baralo underwhelmed with its all around taste - should have complemented the dinner....it did not ...it was...adequate....had to break out a california pinot noir that we all found more receptive to the dinner...!!!!!

Yellow color. Some reduction dominates the aromas. Medium weight, some hardness from the sulfur but beautiful texture behind it. Succulent, tender fruit, firm acidity, and excellent length. Elegant Meursault with good tension and reserve. This should be at least excellent over time and perhaps better if it sheds its reductive tones.

Yellow. Promising nose of spice and hazelnut. Middle weight wine. Alas, the flavors are neutral, oak dominates from beginning to end, acidity is lacking, and it comes across as dull and poorly defined.

Enkel men god, konsentrert sylvaner med bra syrestruktur. Aromatisk mangler den litt rasepreg, kunne vært tatt for en passe fruktdrevet riesling

Consumed over two dinners. Big and brooding. Needed a bit of time in the glass to come to room temperature and open up. Moderately complex, long finish. Very tasty with some cola and sour cherries. Excellent with barbecued chicken and then with eggplant parmigiana. Cant complain about the QPR either.

Enkel og grei spätburgunder med pen aroma (men lett septikktone..) uten eik. Bra struktur. Leskende.

Yellow. Oak and rich orchard fruit aromas. Medium weight, lovely sapid feel. Integrated fruit and wood, the latter of which seems more discrete than it was on the nose. Excellent acidity and a touch of minerality. Elegant, fluid, and drinking well now. I really liked this.

Light yellow. Some reduction and much more saline notes than either of the first 2 wines. Medium weight, round pear fruit, excellent acidity, and a properly dry finish. Excellent power, length, and cut. Not profound but by far the most Chablisien wine of the 3 shown and much more impressive than a bottle directly from the domain last spring.

Nase: Sherry, Leder, sehr intensives Pflaumenkompott. Mund: deutlich jünger als in der Nase. Frische Säure, animierende dunkelrote/dunkelblaue Frucht (Pflaume, fest Heidelbeere), sehr schmeckbare Süße/Frucht. Baut recht schnell ab.

Excellent
In a quick scan of recent TNs I see reference to premox / oxidation. This bottle showed no sign of that, so I consider myself fortunate.

Drank well over two nights, maybe showing more of a dip in the middle on the second night.

Limestone and seashell minerality covered in an array of citrus tones and apple and a just a hint of tropical fruits, all of the fruit perfectly ripe yet racy, leading into a medium-long finish. Elegance rather than weight.

Missing the days when this was a $50 USD bottle instead of closer to $120+. Moving on...

An unusual and delicious fino -- unfortified and with less flor, made with a blend of vintages from a single vineyard, and straddling the gap between the Escribana from Perez and more traditional fino sherries. Higher acidity and more prominent fruit than other in other finos -- there is a very pretty green apple flavor up front and then suggestions of peach and apricot behind. It still has the savory quality that one wants from a fino, but with a lot of freshness. Excellent.

Light yellow. Similar apple fruit quality on the nose. Medium body but a rich, round feel for a stainless steel wine. Sweet orchard fruit on the entry, then salinity and soil on the back end with reasonably good acidity. This is open and probably fully mature now. Excellent but not a top tier Grand Cru. Could use more tension and backbone.

Golden and oily. I really liked this wine but I didn't love it. Not sure why, donrt get me wrong it was excellent but maybe, just maybe, lacked a bit of finesse.must try again.

Full yellow. Lots of apple on the nose and palate. Medium weight, nice feel, drier finish but lower in acidity. Too loose, advanced for its age, and little that speaks of Chablis. Same impression as when tasted last year.

Absolutely massive wine, and I mean massive. But not clumsy like some supermarket blockbusters. More cherry then a cherry tree in a cherry factory.

Coral pink. Great funky, floral, red cherry nose with a bit of wet gravel. Dry earthy cherry flavours and a clean finish.

Nice Radda character in a pink wine.

Dark red with the slightest fading at the rim. Lovely nose of currants and blackberries. Rich and forward on the palate, but not in your face. Blackberry, cherry, sweet tobacco. Fine, sharp tannins, acidity if a bit sharper than I care for, but not a problem. Good balance. Finishes long and highly flavored with black cherries. Nice, not great. Drink next 5 years. This was throwing considerable sediment.

Excellent-
Drank very well over several nights, spaced apart, capped, no gas. In late-2019 I'd written "...needs more time to settle in. It can be a touch harsh on the back end on the back of the throat..." Well, it has settled in. I got absolutely no sense of harsh or heat. Beautiful honey and floral nose, medium-weight body with some ripe citrus and apricot and honey with enough acid. The driest wine in the Chidaine lineup, but the nose could fool you into thinking there's some RS.

Jolie robe rubis. Au nez ça pinote bien, la corbeille de fruits rouges est bien là, avec un petit côté fumé. En bouche c'est long, les tanins sont fins, un grand plaisir déjà maintenant et cela s'améliorera encore certainement avec le temps!

Note taken after 90 minutes open. Pale red color but no browning. Cedar and faint cherry aromas. Delicate on the palate, cherries, bit of cedar. On first opening, there was almost nothing (good or bad) on the palate. Very fine tannins, clear acidity, lovely balance. Finishes moderately long with muted cherry notes. Delicate and a bit faded but lovely. If you want big fruit this wasn't for you. If you treasure mature wines this was definitely for you. I'm glad I had a bottle in the cellar. If you happen to have one, don't wait.
