Drinking really well right now: tannins are nicely resolved, there's a fair bit of earth and damp soil coming through, and while a touch ripe & sappy it is all very harmonious.

Excellent. A CA pinot with a nose of fruit, spice, flowers. Inviting, delightful and without the acidic and alcohol type of nose and taste of typical, younger CA pinot. Rich mixture of berries and spice. An example of CA pinot reflecting the calming effect of the cellar for many years after release.

first bottle tasted from this producer but not the last...
hue as expected and excellent clarity with no signs of fatigue.
Beautiful, fruit dominated aromas with excellent intensity and complexity: raisins, dates, figs and apricots. Also, a straw-like aroma.
Palate shows more acidity than expected, providing an enticing balance and harmony.
I will seek out these wines again. No hurry to drink.
Only concern was chiseling through the wax...

Pull the cork and Mrs DavidandRose guessed thisnas a QC just based on the classis QC blue and blackberries notes on the nose. Didn't decant based in my prior tasting.

After 2.5 hours slow ox there's still faint dark fruit on the nose along with black tea and sweet tobacco. As indicated my prior notes this is relatively light and soft for a Cabernet; it paired very well with tonight's grilled swordfish, better than I would expect it to hold up against a piece of beef. For those with Sommelier stems, the wine showed a light year's worth of improvements when followed from these versus standard Riedel cab stems, which gave it a rougher and a rougher, more bitter mouthfeel, at least during the initial hour.
Ill note the far side of the drinking window @ 2028 from Somm stems - Possibly much longer, but honestly, very uncertain of the ideal drinking window from standard cab stems.

Drinks like a natural burgundy made in a hot vintage (think 2020 in burg). Slightly funky natural wine nose with fleeting floral notes, seems like whole cluster was used here. On the palate mostly glossy, dark red fruit. Very long finish of pure strawberries. Yes, this is a well made wine, but I don’t understand the hype around it nor its price.

Rich nose of very ripe morello cherries, rosemary and thyme, lavender and oak. Full-bodied, this is rich and very ripe, but not too overripe and is loaded with sweet pomegranate juice, morello cherries, garden herbs, roasted tomatoes and oak. At a perfect spot right now with enough tannin for a lamb shank, this is quite delicious and I'm glad I have 5 more bottles! Drink now-2028 94

Enjoyable lighter style Pinot Blanco blend, crisp and clean, apple, pear, citrus, white floral blossoms, not much complexity just twist, sip and don’t over think it.

Strong start to a case. Very young, a little tight and primary, but after some time open this blossomed into a dusty and savory dark fruit swirl. Good things to come.

Smokey, hint of sulfer, ocean notes. On tast nice balance - but a slight heat on the finish. This is not as precise as I expect although enjoyable. You could get some negotiant bottings for lese so this is a pass.Not a bad bottle but there are better out ther for the price.

What an excellent wine and for me a bit different in that the taste outdid the nose as the nose is the big tell for me. Anyway, the nose had some deep red friuits and a bit of cola. The taste was sweet, in a great way, with deep dark fruits and just so enjoyable drinking it. The finish was long and very satisfying. It's the last bottle of Rosella's in my cellar but a great way to go out.

Good/ok on day 1, very impressive on day 2. On day 1, it was very tight, showing a lot of its 15% abv and punishing tannins. On day 2, the substance and depth of the fruit showed up, balancing the tannins nicely. The tannins still dried up the finish a bit, but this has great potential. Modern style for sure. Needs time.

Better fill level.
cork still holding up and came out intact.
should have been decanted , but that wasn't possible.
excellent condition, still fruit but mostly the haunting tertiary Pauillac aromas.

Subtle Brunello. Cherry on the nose, oak. Some secondary notes, graphite and stone. Thin, not a lot of extract Smooth tannins, well integrated. The wine shows some maturity. I do like this wine and buy consistently from the producer, but think of it as "Brunello light." It's not in your face, easy to drink but high quality. There's quite a bit more complexity than their Rosso, but it's still an easy, hot summer's day bottle.

In a great spot now. Still atomatic and vibrant with well balanced acidity. Fruit driven mouth filling pinot -- a hedonistic cali pinot with some years on it. Bit what stands out for me is the nose -- just makes me want to crawl in there and soak it all in.

Fantastic nose of leather, cedar, tobacco. Palate adds bright red fruit, roses and subtle tar. Not yet fully mature, this is drinking great. I only bought the one bottle six years ago because I'd had bad experiences with young Nebbiolos, but as both my palate and this wine have evolved I'm regretting I didn't purchase more.
