A very smooth, fruity Zin. The tannins are quite mellow and the 15.3% alcohol doesn't overpower. Very pronounced sweet berry - maybe blackberry and olallieberry - on the nose and palate. Also smoky oak, bramble.

Took to Rolla for homecoming. Opened Friday night and drank out of paper cups. Brought home, put in the cooler until Wednesday and had a glass. Seems bitter. Guess I'm not a Pinot fan. Still a 1/2 bottle left
