Paso Wine Centre Tasting
Tasted August 13, 2011 by cpsmith33 with 418 views
Introduction
Tasted all of these out of an enomatic machine pours, with Erin. Tasted with Kevin Rankin, Chief Wine Officer at Paso Wine Centre - very nice and helpful.
Highly recommend stopping here in Paso, great small finds to try tastings of (48 on the machine), nice food, good bottle options and great staff.

74% Syrah, 26% Cabernet. Unfiltered, chunks almost in it. Really nice and interesting to try. Nice dark fruits and smooth mouth feel. A touch sweet as well.
