A bit more murky and musty compared to the ’53 la Romanee enjoyed next to this. Surprising tannins and structure remaining. Dark. Nice.

Delicious. Elegant styling. A tad green, in a good way. Tobacco notes. Reminds me of the 85 Mouton.

Finally rounding out a bit. Black fruits. Bold, masculine styling. Well built.
