Notes of flint, mineral, straw, citrus & stone fruit, honey- very complex aromas. Sleek and gliding through the palate with bright notes of citrus, slate and mineral. Subtle spice notes through a nice finish. Very nice.

Straw gold in the glass. Honeycomb and butterscotch is intermingled with orange and lime zest on the bouquet. Silken texture on the palate with hints of earth to go along with citrus and mineral flavors. Balanced bright acid notes and a full fleshy finish. Excellent and should continue to develop.
