Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Jacques Lassaigne Champagne Extra Brut Rose de Montgueux France, Champagne, Côte des Bars (Aube), Champagne
Salmon colored. Tart, dry and earthy with a hint of strawberry. OK but not more.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Laherte Frères Champagne Brut Rosé France, Champagne
Vivid pink and frothy. Rich black Pinot fruit with some yeast. Dry, deep and long.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Paul Bara Champagne Grand Cru Brut Grand Rosé France, Champagne, Bouzy, Champagne
Pale pink, fine bead. Very refined, pure, fruit-driven aromatics. Light weight, low dosage. Strong minerality on the finish. Excellent, and the best of the 3 Champagnes tonight.

Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. François Pinon Touraine Brut Rosé France, Loire Valley, Touraine
Salmon tint. Yeasty nose. Sweeter entry. Some toast and bitterness at the end. Disjointed and poorly balanced.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Parigot & Richard Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé France, Burgundy, Crémant de Bourgogne
Medium pink. Sweet, full bodied and loosely structured with ill defined fruit. Some citrus at the end. Simple and crude sparkling wine.
Rosé - Sparkling

Bright pink. Caramel and sweet ripe cherry. Medium weight. Pleasant finish with some yellow apple. Innocuous.
