2011 Curtis Heritage Blanc
Lots of tropical and citrus on this- banana, lime, melon with floral and spice nuances. Bright and juicy on the palate with nicely balanced honeycomb and spice on the finish. Elegant richness throughout. Very enjoyable.
2010 Curtis Roussanne Santa Barbara County
Earthy aromas of honeycomb and underbrush with floral and stone fruit accents. Rich butter toffee and honey notes adjoin with tropical and stone fruit along with hints of spice. Richly textured creamy finish.
2009 Curtis Heritage Cuvée
Notes of plum, fig jam, cola and caramel. Ripe & juicy dark raspberry and cherry flavors, richly textured with hints of vanilla and spice on the finish.
2010 Curtis Syrah
Meaty aromas with dried herb, spice, cassis and blackberry. Dark berry and cherry fruits on the palate with eastern spice and floral notes. Well balanced and juicy with polished tannins and a full finish. Very nice.
2009 Curtis Syrah Rock Hollow Vineyard
Complex aromas of spice, black tea, earth, cracked pepper and brambly fruit. Ripe balance on the palate peppery blue fruits and violets and integrated oak. Firm silky tannins and a long finish. Excellent.
2010 Curtis Reserve
Dense and meaty aromas of cassis, spice and blood orange. Nicely layered and bright on the palate with juicy dark fruit, florals, savory spice and minerals. Finishes with hints of clove and vanilla. Firm silky structure with a long finish. Outstanding.
