Beautifully scented and flavored with fresh cut grass, tart fruit, limestone and citrus notes. This was clean and lively on the palate with an unfragmented & delightful finish.

Slate and lime scented fruit merge with a tart and crisp core which makes the mouth water. Very well balanced with a slippery full finish.

Piquant and smoky on the nose with honey and smoked kiwi flavors. Drying on the hind palate, this would be best paired with grilled seafood.

Grapefruit, honey, violets and lovely minerality on the nose. Tastes of pale melons, lively bright tropical fruit acids and hay. Creamy feel on the palate as it glides away for many moments.

Whopping vanilla oak scented, difficult to pull darkly spiced fruit out the bouquet. Bright acidity from cassis, plums and leather flavors. This wine has amassed a wealth of astringent tannins which overpower the wine for me.

Generous scents of sweet aniseed coated cherries, allspice and crushed pink peppercorn accompany the palate with equally lovely flavors of slate, bright woody red fruit, leather and peaks of bright acids. Finishes with length and ample complexity.

Showing VA on the nose and palate, difficult to assess. I deemed this flawed.

Abundant dark fruits, baking spices and leather, this Tempranillo boasts interesting earth and wild herbal components with a winding and lush finish.

Astringent and showing some VA, after time this blew off to reveal some red fruits, loam, tobacco and fennel notes. Finished rather quickly and faded, this appears to be outside optimum drinking window. Nice to sample a 10 year old Southern Oregon Syrah, none-the-less.

Sweet, ripe and full of oak scented notes with plenty of big ripe red fruit which fills the mouth with velvety and soft, supple tannins. Powerful and rich, the finish coiled on for ages.

Pleasant caramel and mint in the nose. This was very spicy with a bit of heat and big wafting fruit flavors. Leather, earth and cedar on the concentrated hind palate.

Brett, barnyard predominate the red and blue fruit notes. Bitter leather, over extracted fruit and sharp anchored finish, this was overdone and one-dimensional.

Enraptured with scents of black pepper, currants, juicy berries and flower of thyme aromatics; this restrained Syrah offered oodles of interest on the palate with florals, herbs, stones and toasted mushrooms. Framed with suede like feel on the finish. Excellent.
