N.V. Henriot Champagne Brut Souverain
Fine mousse. Sweet aromas of brioche and winter wheat along with white floral notes. Very primary on the palate with rich orange and lime flavors and underlying sweet spice. Dry and racy on the finish. Nicely done, a bit new world in style.

Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Henriot Champagne Brut Rosé
Fine steady light bead in the glass. Aromas of red apple, wheat and clove. Racy citrus and red floral notes on the palate. Richly textured with hints of spice. Full finish. Very nice.

2012 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis
Very light color. Aromas of mineral, peach blossom and lemon zest. A racy salinity on the palate, nicely textured, showing citrus zest, chalky mineralty and hints of spice. Nice presence throughout. Well done.

2010 Bouchard Père et Fils Beaune 1er Cru Beaune du Château Blanc
Light color. Aromas of lime zest, allspice and earth. Pretty notes on the palate- showing red florals, zesty citrus, rocky mineral, and earth. Silky with full depth throughout. Showing very well. Very nice.

2009 Bouchard Père et Fils Beaune 1er Cru Beaune du Château
Light ruby color. Bouquet showing lots of spice and earth, along with fig and cherry. Fine and silky on the palate with red cherry, fig, mineral, and red floral and clove. Medium finish. Good overall, showing well.

Medium ruby color. Rich bouquet full of spice, fig and cedar. Lush notes on the palate of black cherry, mineral, and spice. Silky fine tannins and a full finish. Straightforward and generous. Showing well. Very nice.

2010 Bouchard Père et Fils Volnay 1er Cru Caillerets Ancienne Cuvée Carnot
Decanted. Medium garnet color. Aromas of cedar, fig, black cherry and sagebrush. Rich and ripe black cherry fruit on the palate with layers of mineral and spice along with hints of earth. Full round tannins, medium acid, and a full finish. Showing very well.

2011 Bouchard Père et Fils Corton-Le Corton
Decanted. Medium ruby color. Aromas of anise, dried herbs, fig and spice. Showing lots of mineral, spice and herb on the palate, with emerging fig fruit. Underlying complexity. Fine tannins and strong acid. A bit tight and austere but opens a bit on the finish. Needs time.
