Introduction
First of all I've to recognize Riesling isn't my grape and German style is not my style either so how can I be fair?
Anyway a marvellous organisation and an easygoing speaker help me to understand a little more and to enjoy a significantly this interesting event. Because more time is absurd, if just in case next time we need more glasses to compare wines, producers, regions and styles.

Alcohol isn't well-integrated IMHO. Too much hottie on both, nose and mouth. Long aftertaste cause alcohol. No my cup of tea.

Smell of anything. On the palate sweetness and acidity have a point of elegance but difficult to see me repeating again. In equilibrium? ALWAYS Win ... sweetness which is not bad at all.

Smells like apricots with honeyed notes. One of the most elegant a Auslese ever IMHO.

With great balance and elegance. Finally something presentable in society :-) Rich, dense, persistent, with balance and volume. Still I am not sure if put up this in comparison with other famous sweet wines European regions. Probably I am wrong.

Supposedly the best of the best. A too young dazzling wine? Its acidity is very sharp and covers the sweetness. Lighter than its peers. I tasted better sweet in Navarre portfolio. Sorry Germany.

Excuse me but, what the hell is this? A non-carbonic chacolí? A non-sweet Riesling? It has smoky notes on the nose and some volume on the palate. Nothing great to be mentioned.
Pero ¿esto qué es? ¿Un chacolí sin carbónico? ¿Un Riesling sin dulzor? Tiene notas ahumadas en nariz y algo de densidad en boca. Muy poco como para ser destacado.

Brought by Helios. Half a bottle. No dated. Presuming '30s.
Oxidative at a high level. A bottle constantly evolving during supper. A wide aromatic palette was from memories of pomegranate or grapefruit to loquat and finally banana.
The palate had an endless length but lacked depth. Very linear. Let's see how it evolves the next day.

Alto nivel oxidativo. Una botella en permanente evolución. Una amplia paleta aromática que fue desde recuerdos a Granda o pomelo al níspero y finalmente a plátano.
En boca tenía una longitud sin fin pero carecía de profundidad. Muy lineal. Vamos a ver cómo evoluciona al día siguiente.

Served blind for Christian's delight but as good German he could not remove from his head for hours.
My last bottle but with the same honesty and openness as always. Aromas of white fruits and flowers with a certain elegance.
The palate showed glycerine and volume.
Demonstrated the relationship between Albariño and Riesling .
Christian is still re-thinking it ...
Servida a ciegas para el deleite de Christian pero como buen alemán no se la pudo quitar de la cabeza durante horas.
Última botella y con la misma honestidad y franqueza de siempre. Aromas a frutas blancas y flores con cierta elegancia.
Al paladar se mostró glicérica y voluninosa.
Quedó claro la relación entre Albariño y Riesling.

Tannic, short and no very well-integrated on the palate.

The only bottle with wine after lunch.

From the rustic side, an interesting mature Priorat, keeping Grenache fruit and hints of green peppers Cabernet.
The palate is soft but with enough acidity.
Its high level of sediment advised against consuming bottle's stuff bottom.

On the nose is a perfume filled with aromas of flowers such as violets and roses. A delicacy.
Mouth shown tasty, with power but velvety. Acidity on the palate is balanced. Decent persistence. The vintage helps indeed. Thanks for the advice CC.

Showing an austere character this time.
With time aromas of unripe cherries with acidity to the bone on the palate. Ready to match food. Just some of my mates understood it. To be opened after 2006 Le Corton didn't help.

Con tiempo aparecen aromas a cerezas no maduras con una sería acidez en boca. Lista para acompañar comida. Sólo slgunos de mis colegas la entendieron. No se vio favorecida al ser abierta después del Le Corton 2006.
