In the bouquet fresh apples, yellow fruits like pineapple and some gooseberry. On the palate a bit sparkling, apple, pineapple, yellow peach, green herbs, fennel, mild citrus and noticeable bitterness. The wine has some length.

Strangely (or logically?) enough this 2013 was less open than the 2014. In the bouquet some citrus, yellow fruits like pineapple and peach. On the palate quite locked. Some citrus and yellow fruits like pineapple, a touch of sweetness. A bit more concentrated than the 2014, but the same score, because the wine doesn't really show itself.

Perfumed bouquet with flowers and candy flavors, yellow and white fruits like apple and pear. On the palate very tasty. Floral again and white peach. Candy flavors. Fresh acidity. A lean, elegant and pleasant wine.

In the bouquet yellow tropical fruits, hay, vanilla and some smoke. On the palate a high viscosity with yellow fruits like peach, ripe yellow apple and banana. Some herbs, mild citrus and pleasant bitterness in the finish. Really nice wine with a good length.

The bouquet is a bit aromatic with ripe yellow fruits like peach, herbs, flowers and flint stone minerals. On the palate yellow fruits, herbs, grasses, candy flavors, but also orange zest. Mild acidity, like grapefruit and including its bitterness. Best and most complex wine so far in this tasting. 90 - 91

Expressive bouquet with a lot of anise and fennel, yellow and white fruits like peach, apricots, litchi and apples. Floral as well. On the palate all the favors from the bouquet return. The wine is spreading through the mouth. Pleasant green apple acidity, some bitterness and ripe yellow apples in the finish. Beautiful wine.

In the bouquet round and ripe yellow fruits like banana and apple. Also some very slightly and pleasant oxidized impressions. On the palate beautifully ripe yellow fruits like peach, limestone minerals, fennel, anise, herbs, banana and butter. A mouth filling and tasty, beautiful wine.

In the bouquet the wine is not completely showing itself yet. There are however yellow fruits, sweet licorice, anise and flint stone minerals. On the palate ripe yellow fruits like pineapple and peach, minerals, plums, apple, anise and licorice. A pleasant dose of oak in the background, a pleasant touch of sweetness and citrus acidity. A refined and elegant wine.

The bouquet is really beautiful and expressive with ripe yellow fruits, some smoke, beautifully dosed oak and even some pleasant rustic flavors. On the palate mouth filling with honey and ripe yellow fruits as well as some toast. Beautiful and mild acidity. Very tasty and really refined, well balanced and a great length. Great wine and ready now.

In the bouquet ripe yellow fruits, vanilla, honey, anise and fennel. On the palate yellow fruits and honey again, butter candy, limestone minerals and good fresh acidity. Pleasant bitterness. An elegant and very good, but not mind blowing wine.

Intriguing bouquet which shows some development, yellow fruits and beautifully dosed oak. On the palate yellow fruits, minerals, honey, butter, a touch of sweetness and beautiful acidity. Pleasant bitterness in the finish. I think this wine is in an intermediate phase; young it is great, then it shuts down for several years and after it opens up again it comes back with great complexity. If I had any I would probably wait until 2020. Score for this evening just 92, but what will it be 5 years from now? 94+? Hope so!
