oak(!?), eden fruit. White fruit and beeswax. Crisp acidity, clean, clay minerality. Amino acid.

Smoke, white fruit, nutty cashew. Pronounced acidity, creamy oak, oily melon, juicy, drinking now.

Candied notes, strawberry, cotton floss, raspberry ripple. Bright acidity, savoury rose petals. juicy.

[SGMviognier] Elegant tall berries, spice, white pepper, bright acid, fine tannins, soft leather, umami, tight, luscious.

[GMS] White pepper, cherries, red plum, chewy leather, sweet tea leaf, needs at least 5-8 more years.

[Shiraz, Cab Sav, Merlot, Cab F] Dark leafy berries, hint chocolate and cocoa bitters. Leafy, textural, jammy mocha, shirazi leather. Needs heaps time.

Capsicum leafy tomato, red pepper and dark fruit. Rose petal perfume. Textural, tight leather tannin. Acid forward, juicy peach, with more green fruit, and white peach on finish. Elegant, expressive and will do well with quite a bit more age - heaps promise.

Rich vibrant red fruit, peppers, leather, juicy white fruit with fine tannin. Yummy.

Aromatic floral, rose and lychee, juicy. Mandarin peel, yuzu. Well balanced and supremely easy!
