Rosé - Sparkling
1990 Pol Roger Champagne Brut Rosé France, Champagne

Pale copper color. Aromas of red berry and strawberry with hefty nutty overtones. Some brioche qualities apparent with air. Flavors of berry, nuts and dried honey. Thanks M&J!
Rosé - Sparkling
1980 Moët & Chandon Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon Rosé France, Champagne
88 points
Copper color. Aromas of berry, toast and cashews with floral undertones. Flavors of red berries underneath the dominant caramel flavor, with a subtle mineral tinge on the long finish. While interesting, this is certainly well beyond its best days.
White
1997 Louis Latour Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru
89 points
Deep yellow in color. Aromas of pear and baked apple with nutty overtones. Flavors of baked apple and almond, with a minerally edge.
White
2000 Louis Latour Corton-Charlemagne France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru

Pale golden color. Wonderfully complex aromatics, with notes of lemon peel, citrus, crushed rocks and floral tones. Nice weight across the palate, with flavors of lemon oil, apple and almonds, picking up a subtle mineral tone on the finish. Drink now.
Red
1989 Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Pauillac

From magnum. This was opened and allowed to breathe in the bottle (not decanted) while it was consumed over a couple of hours. Deeply colored. This just kept changing over the course of dinner and was a pleasure to drink. Initial aromas of candied red cherry and currants gave way to earth, forest floor, leather, sandalwood and cedar aromas. Later, floral and dark fruit notes emerged, along with saddle leather. Medium to full bodied, with flavors of plum, dark fruit, fresh herbs and black licorice. Lengthy finish, with red fruit and herb tones. Thank you R & D!
White - Sweet/Dessert
1999 Château d'Yquem France, Bordeaux, Sauternais, Sauternes
93 points
From 375ml. Golden yellow color. Notes of apricot, honey and white flowers. Has some weight on the palate, with apricot and honeyed fruit flavors. Delicious. Thank you R & D.
