Introduction

Our annual tasting of whatever we have in the cellar that is 10 Years old.
Due to it not being a great year, slim pickings, so we threw in a bracket of Burgundies.

2011 Mount Mary Triolet Australia, Victoria, Port Phillip, Yarra Valley
90 points
pale straw.
lightly citrus and hay.
citrus fruits, zesty, a hint of lemon curd. Med Wt, fleshy, well integrated, drinking nicely now, no need for further age.
White
2011 Giaconda Chardonnay Estate Vineyard Australia, Victoria, North East, Beechworth

bright lemons and orange zest, blossoms,
smooth, balanced structure, soft, fractionally dilute but clean flavours of lemon curd, honeysuckle, well judged light oak spice.
