Tasted October 31, 2021 by p.bechthold with 79 views
Introduction
Tasting of 5 different Village Pinots and additionally one from California and one from Germany.
Bottles were opened a couple of hours before.
All wines tasted blind from Zalto Universal glasses.
Flight 1 - Champagne (1 note)
Just as a starter, not tasted blind.
White - Sparkling
2012 Bollinger Champagne La Grande Année
Not many bubbles, so maybe not a perfect bottle.
Still good stuff, fresh, not too broad, very well balanced
