Half bottle, disgorgement date not disclosed. A blend of 60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, 40% vin de réserve (kept in barrels on the lees), partial malo, aged for six months on the fine lees, 20 months sur lattes, dosage 8 gr/l. Crisp and minerally core, citrus and limestone, very energetic, lovely generosity and spice from the Meunier, very good resonance and length.
White

Slate and limestone soils, unoaked, 13% ABV. Ripe style, creamy and honeyed, fresh linen, vibrant acidity, lovely balance, tension and length.
Red
2021 Yann Bertrand Fleurie Folie France, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Fleurie

Organic viticulture. Tirage de printemps, bottled unfiltered on 19 May 2022, with low or no sulfur. Truly a “vin vivant”, bright and fresh, silky and elegant, pure and relaxed but energetic, hint of carbon dioxide, flowers and spices, fruits ranging from peach to raspberry and red cherry, dry but supple, very good resonance and length. Lovely wine.
