2008-2014. 50% chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, all from Le Val Cornet vineyard, all stainless steel. Much deeper & richer than the Brut NV and noticeably aged in profile

2012 Nathalie Falmet Champagne Terra, Blanc des Blancs
Extra brut. Citrus, very tart. Deep and savoury.

Warmth in texture and palate (rather than temperature). Redcurrant

Verzy, base 2016. Lovely, rich vanilla, oak, honeycomb. Wine of the night.

Base 2018, partly in oak, solera reserves. Didn't love this. Very savoury, and a feeling that it didn't take the oak as well.

Good, with buttery, vanilla finish; not that much fruit or generosity

Again very 'yummy' as Kieran said. Long. Vanilla balanced by citrus. For some reason this was served colder than all the others. Serious-tasting.

100% PN. Strawberry blonde in the glass, red apples, crisp and fresh while full and rich. Quite long, vinous. A standout.

Another standout, really nice. Apple pie, toasty nose with ripe red fruit and yellow fruit. Some oak. Peach, baked apricot, yellow apple, some spice. Wanted more.

Base 2018. All stainless steel, and you can tell - very clean, very mineral.

Chouilly. Platinum medal, 'best in show' at Decanter World Wine Awards. Really nice, soft and gentle, subtle yet generous.
