Fresh, vibrant nose, red cherry, some floral notes, vegetal notes coming up. The nose thickens with every minute, spice, gamey, ripe pomegranate.
Palate showing the same profile, 13.50%, high acidity, tight tannins, aggressive as it is, lean to med body, med fresh, too young.
With time, the wine tries to come together but its way too fresh

The wine shows low intensity, reduction, thin nose, some weird smoky note, same palate, 11%, med body and finish. It lost is freshness, plain, boring

Impressive breadth in the nose, flinty, fine oak frame, elegant, still very youthful, citrus notes in the back, toasty oak, smoke notes.
Palate is far more balanced and smooth compared to the nose, still okay but slightly nutty, no buttery notes, mineral notes, grapefruit notes, med body, med to high acidity, long lasting finish.

Pale red color, ethereal nose, fragrant, floral notes, dried red cherries, some earthy notes in the back, spices too.
Beautiful, decadent palate, red fruit, cherry, cranberry, juicy, nice silky tannins, shows texture, depth, forward, med body, med to long finish
There is a certain evolution here though, not exactly balsamic but on the dried red fruit going to cooked or marmalade
