A blend of Auxerrois, Riesling and Muscat. Cloudy pale yellow; flowers, muscat, homeysuckle; fresh and juicy palate, just off-dry, gentle mousse; good resonance and a lovely hint of yeast on the finish.

Expressive nose, roses and tar, red berries and minerals, fresh and floral, slightly dusty; the palate is youthful and energetic, firm and bright, with finely grained and appropriately grippy tannins; the acidity provides the finish with lovely drive.

Fermented and aged in stoneware jars only, no wood was used, and this allowed micro-dosages of sulfur. A very moderate 11.5% ABV. Displays the tart and steely core of a fine Burgundy Aligoté, but it marries it with a good stuffing of fruit on the palate and a lovely hint of matchstick on the nose. Classic flavour profile, lovely tension and energy, elegant finish. Very fine.

Fresh and ripe, structured but not too tannic, black fruit and a note of raw cocoa, firm and tight finish. Lacks charm, energetic but a bit pedestrian.

Quite natural on the nose but nothing off, beautifully pure raspberry and cherry fruit and flowers, clear and flowing palate with a graceful texture, energetic and fresh, finely textured tannins, orange zest / negroni finish, very good persistence. Really elegant.
