Half bottle. Colrose rice, polishing ratio 70%, SMV -1, 16% ABV, released September 2023, 224 bottles produced. Yamahai Honjozo, so made with the addition of alcohol, in this case house made Kasutori shochu. Clean and pure nose, no noticeable koji aromas, floral and herbal, lovely rice sweetness; light and elegant palate, silky and quite dry, lovely botanical flavours; dry and fragrant finish. Martini-like, I love it.

Light (10% ABV) and bright, fresh and minerally, lovely black fruit, juicy and supple, hint of pepper, delicately lactic, very mild tannins, lovely length.
