Relatively full yellow colour; ripe fruit and some oak on the nose; quite oily texture, not completely integrated with the acidity; short and dry finish with noticeable bitters.

Lovely cherry fruit and a hint of almond, flowers and warm spices, full bodied (14.5%) but retains it elegance, firm and tannic but not dusty, concentrated but transparent, convincing finish. Needs more time, quite sturdy, but very good already with casareccie alla coniglio.
