A joint project by Fritz Wülfing (Ale-Mania), Julien Renard and beer sommelier, Holger Besslich, blending a blonde beer with Riesling from the Winninger Göttchesberg, 7.3% ABV. A delightful sour beer, fresh and fruity, delightfully acidic, lovely malty sweetness, zesty citrus finish.

Pure and supple and flowing, lovely hint of spice, Delightful vatietal expression, gentle and easy.

Bright and juicy, supple and bright, good varietal typicity, red grapefruit, good length.

From a single parcel in the Winninger Domgarten, 20 months in wood, bottled unfiltered, no sulfur added (total SO2 30 mg/l), 10.5% ABV (a full percent lower than in 2020 and 1.4% below 2019). A cool year, and a very elegant and energetic rendition of this wine, combining almost Jura-like piercing acidity with fine flavour intensity and its tell-tale playful finesse.
