Demeter certified organic viticulture, spontaneous fermentation, aged in large oak barrels, bottled unfined and unfiltered, 12.5% ABV. Light and silky and elegant, relaxed and supple, beautifully balanced, well-defined flavours without any rusticity.

Supple and juicy, soft and easy, nice Nebbiolo typicity but in a very gentle style, light and finely grained tannins, roses and crushed red berries, good length.
