this is a really nice bottle of wine, a bit sweet but with a lot of acid as well. Very well balanced. Drank it with tapas, it did well with both fat cheese, olive olie, beetroot, broccoli, salmon and so on. The only thing that it did not match with was honey. I'm so glad that I still have two bottles left.

I would be careful to have with desserts or foie gras because its so dominate. Use it as a dessert or just a very nice glass when ever.
