Wasn't particularly impressed with our 1st bottle of Joe's Pinot, so gave it another chance. No improvement, unfortunately. Was it aged at all, let alone enough?! Thin, minimal flavor, no refinement. Used the last of the bottle for Sangria just to get it drunk.
