Very dark, almost purple color. Fair amount of sediment. Deep blackberry and minerally nose. Some spiciness and charcoal too. Very integrated mouthfeel with good cabernet fruitiness. Good finish. Slightly minty. Great sturdy character. This went very well with our prime rib dinner. Very refreshing with the heavy food.

Med red in color - forward nose with earth and fruit showing through. Good fruit with a peppery taste. Composed and well put together. Medium to light texture. Good acidity.
