This was a bottle that after opening, you instantly regret opening it because it was so good and you opened it on a 'regular' night. So smooth and integrated. Drinking really strongly right now. Mellow fruit, light smoke, and the spice element is gone, but not missed; not that it was bad, when the wine was younger, its just mellowed out.

Heavy sparkler. Some sweetness, but this is not a sugary cheap zin sparkler. I get some tropical fruit, a little tartness, and a heavier feel. Tight, small bubbles.

Like all Bedrocks/UTWs, it's made very very well. This bubbly has a heavier mouthfeel than what you might be used to in a sparkler. I taste flint, tropical fruit, maybe stone fruit.
