Nose: Lots of cherry, tobacco, cedar
Midpalate: still lots of cherries. Tannins are still sharp. Will last a few more years easy.

Would love to have more!

Drunk right out of the bottle without decanting. Hints of chocolate and blueberries on the nose. Mouth feel is a little light for my taste. Finishes well. Good buy at this price-point.

Light in color. Wonderful wine. Very earth driven as opposed to a fruit-bomb. Nose is very strong of what I like to call "wet rock". Very evident tobacco on the palate. I wish more wine is made like this. I will be buying a few cases of this wine in the future. This is a must buy at this price!!!

A really nice fruit forward wine. It is not complex, but it does not try to be. No noticable flaws detected. Will improve(I think) over the next 3-5 years.

For $6.00, this is a steal. Strawberries are very dominant, but there is a little pepper on the palate. This is complex and drinks better than a lot of wines at twice the price. I will be buying more of this as an everyday drinker.

On the nose you are hit hard with a burst of cherries. Mid-palate is nice, but finish is very short. Nice bottle of wine at $7.99

Very akward right out of the bottle. After about 20-30 minutes in the glass it settled down. Very strong notes of leather and earth on the nose. For fruit I get plums and raisins. Medium mouth feel with a moderate, extremely dry finish.

Really tight right out of the bottle. Put into the decanter for about two hours and it opened up nicley. Came back about an hour later and the wine fell apart. No nose to speak of, light mouth feel and bland. I have had many better zin's at this price point $10.00 and will not be buying this one again.

Dark in color. I get some pepper on the nose, but mostly plum and blueberry. The mid-palate is balanced, but the finish is a little short. This is a fantastic QPR wine(I bought it for $5.99) and I will keep some in the house for my non "wine-o" friends

A very generic fruit forward new world syrah. With that said, I have had both worse and better at this price point. I do like the bottle design, and all my "non" wine friends instantly said "is that the airplane-record store guy?" I will buy more to have around the cellar when people come over.

Tasted very green to me. I did get some tobacco, maybe some blueberries on the nose, but I just didn't "get" this wine.

I really don'tget much out of the nose. Maybe some strawberries, a little pepper. It's not until the midpalate that this wine comes out. Nice balance, good tannin structure. I am a nose person, so this wine really doesn't do it for me, but its nice.

Not a great effort. This wine is thin, lacking in personality and is off balance. I think the acidity is too high without the proper balance of fruit. I do not recommend.

Green, Vegetable nose at first. Blew off in a few minutes. Simple nose of basic red fruit, not very complex. Weak mouth feel and flavors. Not the best wine at this price point, but drinkable.

Big fruit bomb. I find this wine to be well balanced, with both fruit and oak. It is not overdone. Nose has mostly red fruits, but I get a little black fruit on the palate. Oak is present, but there is enough fruit to balance. Would buy again!

Tons of sediment in the bottle, even after proper storage. I felt the wine lacked character and was not well made. I would not purchase again.
