Silky smooth taste, lacks bold character. nice nose of blackberry starts off, then tails off quick.

Chewy for a Pinot, but awesome for cab lovers! Great nose, a full range of fruits. Dusty/earthy start with a nice round finish.

Excellent nose, hints at strong fruits and a bit of spicy ness. Taste opens up with a tabacco/pepper feel to it. Over time as it opens up it maintains spicy hint, but fruitiness takes over and opens very strong and closes quick on the tongue, a bit "tough". Laid down too long?

Ok wine. Enjoyed with cheese fondue adding a bit to its character. Overall a solid red wine a mild nose. Body was smooth with a dark cherry toasted taste. Finish was a bit acidic. A couple years past its prime, but still smooth and mostly enjoyable.

Beautifully crisp after a couple years in the cellar. Bubbles were well structured with a nice solid body of fruits. Enjoyed as the snow fell and the festivities started up.

Opened up nicely with a decent sized body. Nose was fruity. Dark cherries flavor was nice and swallows were smooth. Maybe 2 or so years too late to be a big cab.

enticing black cherry nose led into a slightly under whelming first taste. Consumption past community drink by year may have influenced body, because it was heavy and un appealing for a Pinot. Thinned out overtime and warmed up to a nice finish. Would give winemaker a second go around.

Nice and fruit appropriate chianti. Opens well, a bit tart on the finish, but the body fits the bill and delivers very nice touches.

Ok nose, some fruit, full bodied golden appeal. bit tart at the start and finish. Lackluster overall.

Nose was a Good bouquet of flowers. smooth taste. Leaves little memory, but nice drinking. Missed sweet spot by several years. Not bad however, will look forward to other STG wines.

Cellared way too long. Bland all throughout. Not undrinkable, but certainly avoid opening when expecting a treat. Will give winer maker benefit of doubt vs. timing.

Buttery taste upfront. Smooth finish. Fruity roll in the middle. Excellent light wine for food prep time! 2 more bottles in cellar, will let sit for 6 months and see if mellows out and opens up on front end.

- Crimsom color. It's balanced and has flavours of black currant and dusty with a medium body. Leathery texture with a short finish - Started fruity, cherries/black currant. Bit smoky, which I like. Quick to finish and no lingering on the palate.

- Yellow color - Still flavorful and bubbly. Retained coloring well, golden. Almond taste was rounded and complementary to grape.
