quite complex juice ! lemon zest with hints of lime evolve to light peach notes, toward the finish you get nice white floral notes with hints of chamomile, the strong natural acidity of this grape give this wine a very nice clean dry and long finish. the wine is complimented by its minerality and very light use of oak, almost not detectable but enough to give it a bit of richness in texture and nice elegant tannin found on the finsh. delicate and nuanced from start to finish ..... dont sleep on this one !!

Great tasting note... very descriptive. Did you have this with food? If so, what did you have? How did the wine pair? I had this almost a year ago at a nice Italian restaurant, and it seemed to work well with most of the dishes that people had.
