WooooooooW. A very memorable wine. Well balanced, nose of intense dark fruits, cassis, and a unique hint of "syrupy" sweetness. Low tannins, had a velvety finish. Can't wait til my next bottle!

Nose of floral and light fruits/berries. Hint of Cinnamon in the secondary. Drank with 2009 Ridge Lytton Spring Zinfandel, the Puccioni Zinfandel had more complexity/character -- of spices, and a touch of pepper in the end.

Paired with shabu shabu (Nebraskan Wagyu), the Puccioni Zinfandel complimented the yuzu citrus in the ponzu sauce. It paired well with the fatty slices of wagyu beef.

Good cab. Tannins are still very firm. Dark fruits and hints of vanilla are apparent during the first glass. Had another glass after an hour of decanting. The dark fruits and vanilla really opened up after 60 minutes, also, nose of plums becomes more warm and evident.

Yummy!! Warm golden color. Very well balanced, not overwhelmingly sweet. Nose of warm summer-y fruits; apricots, peaches, nectarines, and hint of kiwi.
