Young, very dry, aerated and paired well with grilled pork with mango chutney. Fruits brought out depth of the wine. Back to school for first grade!

Spinach Pesto with homemade pasta - nice wine with light garlic, olive oil - earthy, extremely dry, earthiness nice with pesto, mushrooms, etc. and pecorino cheese

smooth, dark cherries and chocolate (according to Zoe) "has a very urban smell and seems like it would be good with chocolate or cherries" nice with salami and Italian appetizers
