Surprisingly delicious! This likely benefited from a couple of years in the cellar. Though still fruity and flavourful, there was some smoke and pepper that provided balance to what may earlier have been a jammy or overly fruity zin. Overall, balanced wine with smooth tannins, and a nice medium-to-long finish that made for easy drinking. I recommend letting your bottle sit for a couple of years to really enjoy it.
