Decent Malbec. Good for the price we paid from WSJ Wine Club. An excellent selection on their part.

This was one of the finest bottles of wine that I have ever enjoyed. Robust fruit, complex but easily understood, great finish. Wish I had another case.

This wine needed at lease 4 hours to mellow out but it was worth it.

This wine required at least 4 hours to open and smooth. It was the best Cab Franc we have ever had.

Great nose on opening. Decanted 2 hours. Marvelous with the rack of lamb. Spicy, smooth, big.

Vedry good bottle for the price. Dryer than a pure syrah, a bit more bit. Better with beef than most syrahs and cabs.

Good but not as great as the 2002 Syrah. Tasted against 2001 Silver Oak Cabernet and a 2002 Altair Bourdeaux blend. The Altair was by far better.

Shallow, acidy. Not bad with spagedtti or something strong to discuise the small nature.
