8/19/21, 1:58 PM - With I wine like this, I see no reason to wait. It's completely mature now with all the subtlety, complexity and nuance you could want from bottle age. It may last 10+ years (depending on provenance), but bottle variation increases a lot with age and I would find a reason to enjoy it within the next few years rather than risk disappointment.
