Tons of sediment, should probably be kept upright for a day or so before drinking. Had a strange fizzy quality to it, though not sure that's a quality per sé. Overall flavor was quite interesting though.

    I'm getting some dark fruit and a little spice, but I really can't get past the fizz. And TONS of sediment.
