Needs to open but once it does very very good

8/4/21, 1:03 PM - When we first opened it, it seemed just a little too fruit forward for a Black Label, but the second sip better and then by glass 2 maybe 20 minutes breathe room it was amazing

Red
2017 Caymus-Suisun Grand Durif Suisun Valley Petite Sirah
Dusty

5/24/20, 9:08 AM - Lol. It tasted dusty. No flavor. And for a red blend there should be some recognizable notes

Bold big cab. Toast points with black cherry hints. Made wagu burgers and it was perfect with it. Brought out the beef pepper

The 2nd bottle of 3 had a much stronger fruit forward taste. Also 2 glasses and you felt the alcohol content. Tough bottle to get open. Takes 10 minutes to get the top off.

Inky purple color, a mild scent with some dust. A bit tart when first opened but opened up as a hearty red, with blueberry and chocolate notes within an hour of opening. I like it, a bit sweet for me

3/22/15, 7:41 PM - I had a marinated purple cabbage and ice berg blue cheese dressing salad and that really brought out the flavor in the wine. It seemed very strong alcohol. Feeling good
