Decantered and poured back in bottle. Started with aerator in Pinot glass to allow to open up. Continued evolving through the night. Sweet spot was about 4 hours in.

Thanksgiving Wine-Up choice. Opened at noon. Tight on the nose in the glass for first taste. Light tannins, beautiful mid pallet with lingering, evolving finish. Will check again before decantering in a few hours. Chose not to Decant. Started drinking around 5PM. Wine was perfect. Tannins were more structured and full bodied. Finish still nice and long. Was my last bottle. now wishing I had more to lay down and enjoy next year!

I don’t know what happened here. Took the foil off and saw some crystallization on the foil and on the top of the cork. Looked like wine seepage through the cork. Smelled the foil and cork and it was exactly like brown sugar - strange!!!! Pulled the cork, does appear there was some seepage. Wine seems to taste …. OK not terrible. Don’t have another to compare to. Strange for Sbragia but these things happen. Anyone ever have the smell of brown sugar on the cork but not in the wine??? Please comment.

Drank real nice. Even better 2nd day after it fully opened. Good tannin structure with nice fruit blend. Couldn’t find the varietal blend. Must ask. Guessing possible Sangiovese and Zinfandel blend. Anyone know the mix on the 2015?

Deep red in color. Great nose of dark berries. Fruit on mid palette with explosive jammy finish. Slight pepper at end.

Nice and bright on the nose. Minerals but not too acidic. Melons on the nose and some pear with a little grapefruit on the finish.

Nice bright acidity. Definitely getting the orange peel on the nose and finish. Along with some hints of cantaloupe smoothing it out.
