Opened, decanted, and consumed over seven hours. It needed te decant.
Deep, dark inky purple in color. Full bodied.
Sweet dark berries pie filling (think Hostess). Some vanilla notes.
Thick, a little grippy, unctuous. More dark berry pie filling. A little one dimensional. Medium finish.
For the price I paid, this bottle works. I would not have want to have paid more however. No doubt would be a hit with a large non-schooled wine crowd. Big, bold, and juicy.

it needed 1 hr to open. ruby color and elegant nose of roses and plums. classic chianti style, very fresh, mineral and quite fruity. balanced but not exactly rounded because of its still a little bit dusty tannin. i would reccomend to wait still a couple of years but it was already enjoyable. potentially it can reach 90 points

Very light red and transparent colour. Light and pleasant on the palate - red currants and cherries. Not too acidic. Doesn't have the structure or body of better vintages but nice mid week wine.
