decanted for approx 30 min, which helped immensely. Soft mouth-feel, nice subdued tones of chocolate, raspberry. A very nice bottle of wine.

An excellent blend . . . mouthful of fruit -- blackberry with some chocolate on finish. This followed a Pride Merlot which we thought best of the night. The Deerfield a close 2d.

although concerned it's time had pased, was pleasantly surprised. Opened up well after decanting 1.5 hrs. Velvety smooth with a fantastic finish.
