Delicious wine, complex nose and mouth, beautiful acidity, clear oak influence in the nose and palate though it's used as a spice not defining the wine. One of the best and possibly the best wine in its price point.

Delicious. Tasted over several days, Fruit was a bit muted but came around each time when the wine got at room temp.

On the nose, ripe cherries, red currant, licorice, menthol, deeply rooted mushrooms and tobacco in he background. The mouth is in line with the nose, with gripping mouth puckering tannins and great acid, forest floor. Long finish that you can still taste well after you've swallowed the wine. This wind is elegant and powerful at the same time. It almost makes me think that this is what the 16 Montviel will taste like in 5 years.

Vey nice wine indeed. Lots of funk, a bit more than expected. Has changed since last time I tasted it. Interesting. Curious to see how this will continue to develop.

Filled with ripe red fruit, raspberries and blackerries and vanilla bursting at the seams yet not unbalanced and overly ripe Israeli style. A true joy to drink to be enjoyed by itself or with a nice hearty (steak) meal. Medium-full bodied (leaning to full) with good acid, saline and hints of cedar wood. Should age gracefullly more powerful than Eagles landing Zinfandel but not as graceful. Spicy and long finish making you crave to drink another sip.

The best Zinfandel I've ever had. Delicious ripe red fruit on nose and palate with a delectable vanilla and cherries finish redolent of pepper and ginger.

This bottle of Yonatan with its finesse, nose redolent of classic Cabernet, full bodied yet velvety smooth, mouth coating controlled blue fruit and oak, and extremely long and delicious finish.
