100% Arneis, however with maceration on the skins. No a „full blown“ orange wine, but something between a white and an orange wine. Golden color, intense aromas of cidre and bruised apple. Bright acidity and long finish. Excellent food friendly wine.

Quite a surprise. Notes of citrus fruits combined with notes of hazelnut, bread crust and butter / cream. Could be mistaken for a Chardonnay.

Earthy notes and red fruit dominate the nose, full bodied and going strong. Was the clear winner next to the 1996 Pape Clément drank on the same occasion. A great wine for now, but also with a few more years to go.

Last bottle of 1998 Yattarna. Good example which showed notes of hazelnuts, roasted bread, honey and peach in the nose. Medium weight and medium+ in length. Probably past its peak, but still pleasant.
