Opened the magnum. Enjoyed over 2 evenings. First at Ember and 2nd with beef tenderloin. Could really taste the Grenache in the blend.

A great 8 year old Syrah. Paired with my NY Strip perfectly. Decanted with a friend and enjoyed between a Booker GSM and an Alban Reva.

The 2005 Fracture. Great balance and long finish. Alcohol of 16.5. Surprised not to notice. Decanted. Continued to open over 2.5 hrs. Brought it to a Syrah pairing dinner and it won the night.

A vibrant big red blend. Decanted and consumed over 3-4 hours.
Incredibly smooth, rich, balanced and strong. Most powerful Red I have tasted from SB County.

Burgundian. Decanted the 1.5L. Opened over 3 hours. Great acidity. With balanced fruit. Still has an American richness. Very drinkable now.
